Monstera White Monster is a rare and highly sought-after variegated Monstera known for its striking white-and-green marbled foliage.
 
Place it in bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation while avoiding direct sun, which can burn the white areas. Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry, and use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix. It prefers warm temperatures and moderate to high humidity (60%+).
 
Avoid overwatering, and provide a moss pole or support as the plant matures.

White Monster: Typically has larger, whiter marbled patches and more unpredictable variegation.
Thai Constellation: Has stable, cream-colored speckled variegation distributed across the leaf.
